Miguel, text me with his photo before he arrived which I really appreciated. Very courteous and knowledgeable about what he would do to resolve my hot water issues. Upon all the different options we decided to go tankless because of the water heater being in the attic. We are just beginning the project. I will update you more once the work is completed

I had an odd request and Russell at NTX stepped up to handle it. I'm a material scientist and needed some gas lines installed in a laboratory. Russell procured the right tubing, ran it through a fairly tight space, secured it and terminated each end with fittings. Throughout the process he was courteous, communicative and on time. The job looks great in 3 areas, but I held back a star because the tubing is a bit bent in one area. Still Russell said he'll come back out and straighten it with some tool soon. Will update then. Update: Russell came back about a week later and straightened out the pipes. They look fantastic now

Great experience! I know that any emergency plumbing needs are never fun, but NTX Plumbing made it less painful. Ben, our guy was quick to diagnose and fix our issue, even gave tips on another possible problem and how to avoid or postpone another call for an emergency. I 100% recommend these guys! Great job!

Hot water heater issue. Mr. Lance B. arrived on time and gave me written estimates and different options returning the next day to complete the job. Mr. B was professional, courteous and explained my options and associated costs well. He communicated with me throughout the process and kept me informed on arrival times. Great first experience with NTX. Will contact them in the future.

Jose with NTX arrived on time when promised. He was very professional and gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my sink and how he was going to fix it. He had all the required parts and tools for the job already with him. My sink was quickly fixed. Jose even offered to return all the items I had placed on my counter back under sink when he was done.
