Miguel, text me with his photo before he arrived which I really appreciated. Very courteous and knowledgeable about what he would do to resolve my hot water issues. Upon all the different options we decided to go tankless because of the water heater being in the attic. We are just beginning the project. I will update you more once the work is completed

Chris Gonzalez was very detailed and he explained to us everything that needed to be done, and what our price points were depending on the findings. We had a leak under the foundation, and he worked hard in 27 degree weather for 5 hours. He was very professional and honest. He was also easy to talk to and did a great job!

Much better than band of misfits a large local competitor sent! Miguel was knowledgeable and communicative. Appreciate the advance text you send when on the way to the job. Tankless water heaters are highly engineered and beyond many plumbers skill though you won’t know until too late. Miguel flushed the system, replaced checked valves and tested several other parts of the system to confirm the fix. He stuck around and personally verified the system was performing well before closing the job. We agreed to join their membership program and will gladly work with these guys whenever plumbing help needed in the future. Wish I found them sooner!

We really appreciate the work that Jose Enriquez of NTX Plumbing an Air did on our home. He was courteous, respectful and did a great job of explaining what he was doing to fix our issues. He also gave recommendations on how to prevent future issues. We look forward to working with him and NTX in the future.

Jose Enriquez did a fabulous job repairing a plumbing issue today. He quickly identified the problem, shared the options, and completed the repair work leaving everything so nice and clean. I will definitely use NTX again.
